I run over 100km a week in supernova glides and find they have the right amount of cushioning and responsivness. I have worn many other shoes before and they have not held up to the mileage that the supernova glides do. I have not had any injuries with the shoes, however I think it is pretty unlikely in any case that shoes can be the sole cause of an injury anyway. Many other factors contribute so even if they are don't suit a particular runner they are unlikely to be the only reason for it. I know footwear is an easy target to blame but i know personally if I have been injured it usually corresponds with an increase of mileage, intensity, racing or a rapid change in surfaces. Or because i have missed my weekly massage
