My question is if anyone knows of a good place to do Yoga to add to their training program. I live in Camberwell but happy to travel to any decent studio in Melbourne. Yes I know I can search the internet however there is many styles of Yoga and a large selection of studios and hope that others experience can help me narrow down to a select few
Also if anyone has any other cross training activities of exercises they feel is great cross training please feel free to add. cheers
